Before demolition can commence, the water, power, gas, and sewerage supplies need to be disconnected from your home. The time this takes will depend on when the companies are available to come out to the property, so it could be several days until we're ready to progress.

This step can take one to three days, depending on the size of the house. Our quotes include salvaging materials to be re-used and to help sustain the environment.

Demolition doesn't really take as long as you think. Depending on the size and location of the house, it can take anywhere between a day and three days to finish. There are many things that can alter the demolition time, this includes: weather, salvaging and asbestos removal which must be completed prior to the demolition. 

After a house is demolished, site clean up begins. Our quotes include track rolling to the contour of the land to leave you with a tidy block to build back up. Our salvage materials are taken back to our yard for repurposing and all other materials are disposed of.
