  • How long does a demolition take?

    All demolition vary on size and infrastructure but generally home demolitions take about 3-5 days to clear, commercial demolitions are slightly longer and can take 5-7 days to completely clear the site and a partial demolition takes about 2-3 days to clear. 


  • Can I keep any structures from being demolished?

    Absolutely. Let us know prior to the demolition so we can structure a tailored approach to keep any sheds, pools or vegetation on the site.

  • How long does a strip out take?

    A strip out takes depends on both room size and internal structures. Usually it will take 2-3 days to completely clear out. 

  • How do I prepare for a strip out?

    Be sure to give your electricity company as much notice as possible to cancel as it can take a few weeks to come into effect. Leave your water on in case your property contains hazardous chemicals (we may need to use it to remove all traces of asbestos). As a courtesy, we always recommend notifying your neighbours and surrounding occupants. We will always speak with all neighbours as well to inform them of our methods, time frames and answer any questions they may have.
