Terms and Conditions

1.    All salvageable items remain the property of Allcoast Group unless the client has specifically indicated which items need to remain, at the time of the initial quotation.

2.    All quotes assume that all footings, slabs, and walls are of normal density, size and thickness for the building in question. (Higher NPA and size has not been allowed for). NB: Average footing size for a domestic dwelling is approximately 600 mm in depth. An internal inspection may also be required prior to the start of the job (Initial quotation can vary following this assessment)         

3.    All quotes assume that there is NO Asbestos buried on site. Should buried Asbestos be found, the cost of the removal will be the client’s responsibility. Also, any A Class Asbestos including backed vinyl under the existing floor coverings or sheeting that has been re-clad without removal may incur an additional charge.

4.    All permits, disconnection of services and sewer capping etc., shall be the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise requested and agreed on at time of quotation.

5.    Tree removal: {financially we prefer you outsource this with tree professionals} - All care will be taken however Allcoast Group takes no responsibility for damages to fencing and driveways from the tree roots. (Stump grinding is always an option)

6.    All quotes assume NO allowance has been made for side or rear boundary fences unless otherwise discussed and agreed on. Front fence is removed only if required.

7.    Driveways have only been allowed for removal to the crossover or council footpath. (NO driveway verge)

8.    Payment in full is strictly due on completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

9.    Quotation is valid for 30 days, after this time Allcoast Group is entitled to revise the quotation and terms.

10.  Acceptance form is to be completed EXACTLY as intended to be shown on the invoice and returned for booking purposes and confirmation of terms and conditions. If the acceptance form isn’t returned one week after it is sent via email, Allcoast Group is NOT entitled to hold any timeline previously discussed.
