Obtain a Quote

Request a quote using our online form or by calling us at Allcoast Group Demolition Contractors. Our quotes are emailed to you free of cost.

Read & Accept A Quote

Be sure to read the quote thoroughly including all terms and conditions. Complete & sign the acceptance form included in your quote package & send the form back to our office.

Demolition Permit

You must obtain a demolition permit prior to your demolition. These can be obtained through your local council, your selected builder or a local certifier.

Power Disconnection

Be sure to disconnect your power well in advance as this can take up to a few weeks. You must mention this to be a “demolition disconnection” as the power supply needs to be removed from the dwelling completely.

Re-direct Or Cancel Your Mail

Remember this takes at least 3 working days after form submission to take effect. Also cancel newspapers or product subscriptions.

Inform Your Neighbours

Be sure to explain your demolition plans and let them know we will also inform them of our methods, time frames and answer any questions they may have.

When these steps are completed it’s time for you to sit back and leave the demolition to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I cancel the mail?

We always recommend cancelling or redirecting your mail service. It’s important to keep in mind that Australia Post requires 3 working days after receiving your form submission to effect a mail cancelling or redirection. Don’t forget your catalogues, subscriptions or packages that are delivered by a courier.
Should I cancel my utility bills?

Yes, you should give your power company as much notice as possible and let them know it’s a ‘demolition cancellation’ this is because they may need to remove fixtures from the site. Make sure to leave your water so we have access to this during our demolition process.
Do I need to disconnect my water?

No need to worry about disconnecting your water. We use this as a part of our demolition process to ensure we keep a safe environment for all those working at the site and any neighbours surrounding.
Who issues demolition permits?

You can obtain a demolition permit from your local council, selected builder or a local private certifier. This must be done before a building can be demolished and must be provided to your demolition contractor.
